What to expect

CareerShift is a small SaaS product, so support is handled by email. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, usually within 1 to 2 business days.

Payment and refund help

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, or if a paid download failed because of a service problem, contact support and include the date, tier, and any receipt details you received.

Technical troubleshooting

  • Refresh the page once after checkout if the webhook update is delayed.
  • Try the latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
  • Disable aggressive browser extensions if checkout or downloads are blocked.
  • If the issue persists, send us the exact wording of the error.
